These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website depthsofyou.com (the “Site”), including all content, tools, products, and services offered through it. The Site is operated by Depths of You (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Warsaw, Poland.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About This Site

Depths of You is an educational platform focused on archetypal psychology, Jungian concepts, shadow work, and the individuation process. We provide articles, videos, interactive tools, and digital products.

This Site does not provide therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment. All content is educational and informational in nature. See Section 9 for our full disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Site. By using this Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are purchasing a product, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to articles, videos, graphics, logos, page designs, journal prompts, flashcard content, product layouts, and original written material — is the intellectual property of Depths of You unless otherwise stated.

Quotations attributed to Carl Gustav Jung and other historical figures are used for educational purposes and belong to their respective estates or are in the public domain.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission. This includes copying journal prompts, article text, or product designs for use in your own commercial products.

You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts (under 100 words) with proper attribution and a link back to the original page.

4. Digital Product Purchases

Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. After successful payment, you will receive an email containing a download link for your purchased product. Download links are limited in the number of times they can be used and expire after a set period (typically 365 days).

It is your responsibility to download and save the product after purchase. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your download, contact us and we will assist you.

Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered (i.e., the download link has been sent), we do not offer refunds.

If you have not received your download link within 24 hours of purchase, or if the file you received is corrupted or incomplete, contact us and we will resolve the issue by resending the product or, if necessary, issuing a refund.

License of use

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own private purposes. This means you may print it for personal use, use it on your own devices, and reference it in your personal practice.

You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload to file-sharing platforms, or include our products in any commercial offering. You may not claim authorship of any content within our products. Violation of these terms may result in termination of your license without refund.

5. User Accounts

Certain features of the Site, such as purchasing products or accessing downloads, may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

When using this Site, you agree not to:

We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

8. Interactive Tools

The Site may include interactive tools such as archetype flashcards and other educational features. These tools are provided for personal educational use only.

We do not guarantee that interactive tools will be available at all times. We may modify, update, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.

Data you interact with through these tools is not stored on our servers unless explicitly stated. We do not collect or retain your responses, results, or personal reflections entered into any interactive feature.

9. Disclaimer — Not Therapy or Medical Advice

This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

Depths of You is an educational platform. The content on this Site — including articles, videos, journal prompts, digital products, and interactive tools — is intended for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this Site constitutes:

  • Psychotherapy, counseling, or any form of mental health treatment
  • A therapeutic relationship between you and Depths of You
  • Medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice
  • A diagnosis of any mental health condition
  • A substitute for professional mental health care

The concepts discussed on this Site, including shadow work, individuation, dream analysis, and active imagination, are drawn from Jungian and archetypal psychology. While these frameworks can support personal reflection and self-understanding, they are not substitutes for professional treatment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Depths of You and its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, its content, or its products.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Depths of You and its owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

13. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Site accessible and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site — including content, features, products, or tools — at any time without prior notice.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

15. Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Depths of You regarding your use of the Site. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
