Depths of You is an educational platform focused on archetypal psychology, shadow work, and the individuation process. We publish articles, videos, interactive tools, and digital products. Digital Product Purchases
When you purchase a digital product (such as a PDF journal), the transaction is processed through WooCommerce and Stripe. After successful payment:
- You will receive an email with a download link for your purchased product
- Download links are limited in the number of times they can be used and have an expiration period
- We retain your purchase records (name, email, product purchased, transaction date, and amount) for accounting, tax compliance, and customer support purposes
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.
Email Communications
Transactional emails are sent automatically when you make a purchase. These include order confirmations, receipts, and download links. These are not marketing emails and are necessary to fulfill your order.
Newsletter emails are sent only if you have voluntarily subscribed through our Mailchimp signup form. Each newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You may unsubscribe at any time, and we will stop sending marketing emails within 48 hours of your request.
We do not add your email address to our newsletter list simply because you made a purchase. Transactional and marketing communications are handled separately.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Purchase records are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with Polish tax and accounting regulations.
- Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe, at which point your email address is removed from our active mailing list within 30 days.
